This guide has been produced as a guide for submitting scorecards via the LPA website.
Each scorecard consists of the following information:
- Match date
- Competition
- Division (when applicable)
- Home team name
- Away team name
- All home players
- All away players
- Home team points
- Away team points
Each captain should keep a record of each match to aid in the resolution of disputes.
Scorecards can only be entered by a team captain (or a designated team member) who have registered upon the LPA website.
- Select ‘Register’
- Enter a username, password and email address
Once registered a notification email will be sent to you detailing your logon details. You may then proceed to the next step.
- Go to the LPA website - www.leicestershire-petanque.co.uk/lpa.
- Enter your user name and password into the Member Logon box (This can be found in the top left corner of the web page).
- Tick the ‘Remember Login’ box and the website will remember who you are when you return in future. If you have forgotten your password click the ‘Forgot Password ?’ link and follow the instructions.
- Once logged in a new tab should be displayed called ‘Results’. Select the ‘Results’ tab. The ‘Results Submission’ page should now be displayed.
- Select the date the match took place.
- Select the competition
- Select the division (Summer League only)
- Select the home team and enter the players names
- Select the away team and enter the players names
- Enter the scores for each game
- Click 'Send Result'
A copy of the scorecard will be emailed to the submitter. This will confirm that the score has been submitted to the results secretary.
