Electronic Scorecard Submission
This guide has been produced as a guide for submitting scorecards via the LPA website.
Currently all scorecards are submitted to the fixtures secretary in the form of postal scorecards. These cards are completed and returned by the home team captain after each game.
Allowing team captains to submit scorecards via the LPA website will aid the fixtures secretary in compiling results in a timely fashion.
Each scorecard currently consists of the following information:
- Division
- Date of match
- Home team name
- Away team name
- All home players
- All away players
- Home team points
- Away team points
- Captain signatures
The majority of this information may be submitted via the website.
The paper-based scorecards should still be completed and signed as normal upon completion of a match. These scorecards should be retained in order to resolve any disputes. The scorecards may be submitted at the end of the season to the fixtures secretary for archiving / calculation of county points.
